OUR FIRM HAS THE CAPABILITIES OF PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR MANY ACCOUNTING PROGRAMS – We like to keep up with the current technology and accounting programmes here at Armstrong Fleming therefore we provide our clients with a variety of options. For clients who wish to have their own in-house computerised cashbook that also provides for creditors and debtors ledgers, invoicing and GST returns, payroll, large variety of reports to see how you are tracking all year round, we supply and support MYOB Essentials and XERO.

Both options are cloud based accounting, which gives you the ability to access your live bank feeds through internet access, rather than physically installing a program through the computer. You can now interact with us in real time instead of having to send the data file back and forth and software is automatically kept up-to-date, no more downloading updates, giving you, more time to do what is important.


MANAGING PAYROLL CAN BE TRICKY – We want to help you make it as simple as possible with our options on offer; Ace Payroll, or you can add on a Payroll package to your Essentials or Xero subscription. We are positive one will suit you.

Ace Payroll is a desktop program you pay a one off amount for and the packages are cloud based through your internet browser with a monthly charge. Both programs store employee information which helps facilitate payroll management. Payslips can be sent to employees via email.


CASH MANAGER AND ACCOUNT RIGHT – we have access to both of these and are available for clients whom already use it.

HOME KEPT MANUAL RECORDS – Although we do recommend all medium to large businesses to be on an accounting package we do cater for our clients that like to do their own manual record keeping.
